Description
Autumn Joy Sedum is one of the hardest working perennials in the summer and fall garden. The fleshy stems and leaves appear in the late spring and begin to form flower buds which have a pink cast to them all summer. The buds open in the late summer to a vibrant crimson color and remain until the first hard frosts strike. The flower heads attract butterflies when in bloom and the birds are attracted to the seed during the late fall and winter.
